Utorrent error

when i am using utorrent i give error while downloading !!!!!!

[2009-03-25 16:35:16] Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80070005 Access is denied.

May be the Windows Firewall is blocking it. Go to security setting > Windows Firewall. Double click it and untick UTorrent in the exception tab. It may solve the problem. Also try to off the Windows firewall and check if it can download.

Allow the port used ny utorrent to connect. When connected, right-click the Network icon in System Tray and Choose Change Firewall Status and checkk if utorrent is allowed as Exceptions. If not then create one.
