USB Vibration joystick

Right off the assembly line
i am having problem wwith usb vibration joystick. when ever i plug-in,it displaying an error msg "usb not recognize windows malfunctioned". can u please tell me the solution soon?............

Which brand is it ?? logitech??

be it any brand, go to that specific brand's website, locate ur gamepad in the Support section and search for the updated drivers, d/load it, re-install the drivers adn everything shud be fine.. :)
