USB restarts

whenever there is power up or down then my ups makes sound and all the usb device like keyboard,mice restarts

restart happens with usb devices......ups just make sound due to voltage up down

let me tell in brief........i use a laptop........ from 2 days i am charging my ups (no connection in laptop)just using the same board for laptop and ups socket .......laptop and ups are kept side by side........whenever there is voltage fluctuation then this happens with my laptop usb ports

Could be a poor quality or faulty board. Try using a different board and use one with a fuse.
