usb port 2.0 to 3.0

My friend has two external , 2 TB HDD and I want to copy them to another hdds of same size that is two external , 2TB HDD. all the HDDs have 3.0 port but my computer has only 2.0 port . my mother board is intel original DG33/31 has 4 sata ports . Is there any way thru which i can create usb 3.0 port in my desktop.

No I don't think so. Maybe you can get them through PCL card. Will have to check for confirmation though.

you can buy pci-ex to usb 3.0 card TRANSCEND Dual Port USB 3.0 PCI-Express High Speed internal card 4 Desktop | eBay

just check for cheaper models in local store.

Hey, buddy you don't need to buy anything, USB 3.0 is backward compatible with USB 2.0 so go ahead and plug the HDD to your USB 2.0 port. Of course, the speeds would be less than USB 2.0, but if time is worth for you more than money then I would suggest you to go with that PCI-e 1x to USB 3.0 card tomys24 has suggested.
