USB Header to USB socket cable

Do we get internal USB Header to USB socket cable?
I.e One end will go into the header pins on mobo. Other will be a USB socket just floating inside the cabinet, instead of bringing it at the front panel.

i guess yes! Can't clearly see the other end in the pic, but it looks like socket (port), that's what I am interested in. Will check into local shops. BTW where did u find this image. Thx

Go to local PC shop & tell them you need USB socket to internal USB header cable.

the shopkeepers did look at me as if I am Martian And these were from 2 - 3 shops on lamington road mumbai.

I however managed to get it from a street hawker selling gen computer accessories, cables and stuff like that there on lamington road!

This guy patiently listened to me. He then took out a USB bracket with 2 ports & USB header cable with mobo connector. He asked me to remove the ports from the bracket (just remove the attached screws) and now I have what I was looking for.
