USB Flash Drive not working

in vista ultimate. it luks for driver but cant find it. now, after some tries, it doesnt even open anything when i put the pen drive, it easily detects my jetflash 256 mb one but not my jetflash v30 2 gb one.

no success, its laser glows up for some tiime during boot till vista loading scene though no special screen comes up. but in vista, it still remains the same.
