USB 3.0 PORT Problem-

Hello Guys,
I have Asus Corssair Formula 5 Mobo and I am facing a problem little while.

Sometime when i am plugging in any US 3.0 Enable External HDDs to my mobo USB 3.0 ports ,the mobo not detecting it and i have to swtich to the usb 2.0 ports .
Its a typical problem happening to both Front and Rear Ports .But somedays ago I used my USB 2.0 Hdd as well as this 3.0 HDD on 3.0 Ports and it was taking that in .


Can anybody help with posssible solutions?

Ensure that those ports are not disabled in the bios and you have installed all the drivers.

Go to device manager and search for any hardware without any driver. Or reinstall USB3 driver(s).
