[URGENT]:Plz help me configure my pc [45k]

hi guys, i need your help and i need it fast. I'm configuring my new PC in a few days and i need you all to help me decide the best.

Here's the thing, my Budget is max 45k. and there are a few important things that i need:

1.> i have made up my mind for a AMD PHENOM II X4 940 black eition..plz comment on how it is.

2.> 22" samsung is a must for me.

i want to do some gaming too, so plz suggest the necessary hardware i can get within my budget keeping the above 2 fixed.

plus i had another question, is the GTS 250 better than the HD 4850?? which one do u suggest? plz give ur configuration at the earliest.

for 45k, Phenom II should be the pick IMO.

But if you can increase your budget, you can go with Core i5 rig. Just wait for sub 7k P55 boards and there is the rest of the config:

1) Core i5-750: 11k
2) mobo
3) Transcend 2Gb DDR3: each 2.2k or OCZ 2x2GB DDR3 1333MHz for 5.5k-6k
4) Samsung 2233SW PLUS: 10k-11k or Samsung 2233SW for 9k-9.4k
5) Palit GTX260 Sonic : 10.5k or 9600GT for 5k (if you don't want serious gaming)
6) Western Digital Blue/Green 500Gb x2 : each 2.5k
7) Corsair VX450W for 9600GT or VX550W for GTX260: 4k or 5.5k
8) CoolerMaster Elite 335: 2.5k

you know the rest of the stuff

here is Phenom II config under 45k:

1) Phenom II X4 940 BE: 10.5k
2) ASUS m4a785td-v evo: 7k or Gigabyte MA78GM-US2H: 4.2k
3) Transcend DDR3 1333MHz 2x2GB ram: 4.5k-5k for 785G and corsair XMS2 800MHz 2x2GB ram : 3.6k-4k for 780G
4) Palit GTS250 1Gb: 7.5k or 9600GT GDDR3 for 4.7k
5) Corsair VX450W: 4.2k
6) Zebronics Reaper: 1.5k or CM elite 335 : 2.5k
7) Samsung 2233SW: 9.2k
8) dvd burner: 1.1k
9) k/b and mouse: 1k
10) APC 650VA UPS: 3k-3.5k
11) Altec Lansing VS4121 Speakers: 2.5k

hey thx a ton for ur config, i really liked your phenom version. i took a look at the asus mobo, its really impressive!! but there is a small problem however, the phenom config does npt really fit into my 45k budget. i was making a few adjustments and found that if i replace the 250 with the power color HD4850 which is available just for 6600/- it can fit my budget.

but i wanted to ask a few questions b4 that.. how is the 4850 compared to the gts 250?? is is sufficeint to play games at 22"??

not much difference between HD4850 and GTS250. they might face some problem with games that are going come after few months if you want to play at FullHD. anyways, you can scale down the resolution a bit.

if you are referring to M3A78-EM, no.

you need to pay around 7k-8k for them.

you can check Biostar mobos that come with CF. they would cost you around 5k.
