Go for cm elite 310 ..having 120 mm fan ..good look , @ 1600 without psu ...for psu ...u can go for CM 350 @ 1600 ...it has 6 pin ..

CPU is heart of the system don't compromise with that .

For cabinet i'm buying Mercury which is cheaper and most used in our area, which comes with 450w PSU for 1600 bucks. If there is better than this cabinet, please Suggest.
Note:Please suggest in such a way that i can play almost every game. No problem if needed to be played in Low resolution. At least up to 2 years let it be future proof.

Yes Corsair is definitely better. You can play all the gaming titles you mentioned. Don't get that SMPS as it is not good. For your card, either get the Corsair CX400w@ 3.2k or Tagan TG-500-U37 @ 3.2k.
