I am from Mumbai.
I am looking for Gaming + Multimedia Complete PC with DDR3 Graphic card and 19-21" LCD.
My budget is Rs.28,000-30,000.

i suggest looking at the digit killer rigs section of this month's issue.
they have advised a great rig for rs.32250 which even suits your needs

total @ 30.4k. this system is fully futureproof as it can be upgraded later on part by part. motherboard got one of the best inbuilt graphics in its class & wil casual gaming anyday.

at your budget you wil get intel C2D based system & its outdated now. better stick to AMD or get i5 based system. still if u want, heres the config:

Ram: Transcend 2 X 2Gb DDR2-800Mhz: Rs. 4.5k

PSU: VIP Gold 400W @ 1.4 k or FSP Saga II 350 Watts @ 1.7k (wil cost 1.6k)
Cabinet: Zebronics Bijli - PSU@ 1.1K or CM Elite 360 @ 2.1k (mini tower)
Monitor: Benq 2020 20": Rs. 6.5k
Keyboard Mouse: Logitech Internet Pro Desktop: Rs. 0.6k

get 19" monitor as intel graphics are not at all good. still telling, forget intel, get AMD. else later upgrading wil b a big headache & same if any essential part of ur PC goes bad like proccy or mobo.

EDIT: woops, missed graphics card. get HD 5670 512Mb. good card @ 5.5k & 20" monitor. else if u stick to IGP, 19". don't worry, PSU wil handle it provided u got no plans to upgrade graphics in future.
