Urgent: How to recover files i deleted using Tune Up shredde

Guys i deleted some very urgent files using "Tune up Shredder"
I chose "secure delete, Gutmann method" and selected the repititions as "2". I checked the "delete allocated free space" box.

I want to recover those files which were about 20 in number.

1. Is their any way i can recover those files? I won mind even if its very hectic

2. Which software can do it?

If you have any idea,please help me as i have lost some extremely urgent data.

I'm sorry, but, the software you've mentioned deletes the files securely so that no trace of the files is left. So you won't able to recover anything. Do be careful in the future.

sorry dude... they are gone. U may give a try using the Tune Up undelete... but I think you have to find another source for ur files.
