Upgrade my pc !!!!

hi everyone i am a lot troubled right now...
my current config is

>2gb ddr2 ram
>intel pentium d 3.0 ghz
>intel 82945g expess chipset
>4ooW smps

i have a budget of ~15K
please suggest me a sutaible upgrade for the above also how much would i get if i sell all of the above....please its urgent

Selling this old rig with the monitor and UPS will fetch you around 5k-6k. So, your total now becomes 20k.
