Upgrade Help Needed!

Hello think digit genies here is current rig

Proccy : Intel C2D E7200 2.56 Ghz
Mobo : Intel D945 GCNL PCX
Ram : Kingston 2 Gb DDR2 RAM @ 667Mhz
Gpu : XFX 9800 GTX+ 512 Mb
Hdd : Seagate 160 Gb

SO I want to upgrade to a nice rig but need some help in chosing parts. But keep in mind that I am a total gamer.Please help me, just make a rig without monitor keyboard, mouse and any other assesories as I can manage that later.

My max Budget is around 70k in PaKRupee and like 40K in IndiRupee.( including current rig )

r u going for total upgrade or need parts of new system. Beside why do you wanna upgrade ur rig is not very old. IMO u can get a better mobo and more HDD for ur system if u want, even ur gfx card is quiet good one, and running such card one such mobo would not give as good a performance.

Now as I said do u need monitor UPS also in ur new rig.

I think u should not go with intel motherboard intel processor is ok. But there is lot of problem with 945 series model of intel and the replacement of intel motherboard took around 24-30days ( I personally encounter this problem)
