If you need USB 3.0 you have to sell out this much but this is a very good motherboard with good no. of ports that will help you in future upgrade.

A6 3650 is much better than A6 3500.

sata 1,2,3 are compatible with each other
also buy a new dvd writer.

do not buy a ide to sata converter as they are very bad
i have a ide to sata converter (for Rs 100) and whenever i try to burn a cd/dvd it show an error in middle of process, and it will not be able to read many dvd/cd's (scratched) and it will corrupt your dvd's (if a hang occur during reading, i know that dvd are read only but it still does)
