I want to install updates without unrooting or reinstalling stock firmware

you must need to go to Stock first.

Its just a simple root. I am not familiar with the cyanogenmod stuff and i dont need it until my phone is working fine.
Anyways whats the size of stock and will i lose my data?
Also suggest an app or pc software that can backup everything in my phone.

By "You have CM11" I meant your device has CM11 unofficial ROM, so you can try it!

Use ADB Backup to backup some usefull data.

How you've rooted?
Use TriangleAway! Then you can simple unroot. phone and update your phone (If you haven't touched your Bootloader yet!)

Helium backup is a good alternative to titanium backup to do batch backup/restore if looking for a free app. In titanium backup free version each app has to be restored individually AFAIK. Paid version has a lot of features but is a tad expensive.
