1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Generic answers will not work. Be exact and avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:Games(Like GTA 4(On medium Or whatever),Crysis 2,witcher 2(medium-very high setting),Photoshop CS 4
2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:16,000(Max:18-20k)
3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:Never
4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Maybe XP.Parents cant understand win 7
5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:I already have an 500gb Harddrive.So not planning to get one
6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:I already have one viewsonic va1716(Maybe 1440 X 900 not sure)
7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:Monitor,Keyboard,mouse,CD drive,speakers,harddrive,Maybe PC case
8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:March-beginning or march end
9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:Assembler will Do it
10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Mangalore.Wont buy online because it might not work,As i am not assembling it
11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:I want the config To be future proof for at least 3.5 years..
Try to make a config with AMD Phenom 2 X4 955 Black ed. 3.3 Ghz
For GPU:i might take gtx 550ti
