unknown installer

I am using windows xp sp2.
Whenever I try to open a folder or IE or MY computer , a installer window titled
smartwebprintingOC appears and try to install something .Then it asks for location of installer files. I have to click cancel 2 times always and only then any folder or my computer opens.
What is this and how to get rid of this ??????

Digit attachment is not working. So upload the image some where else.

1)Search for the file name in ur PC and delete it.
2)Go to run->msconfig->startup and uncheck the entry with this name. also see in the services if u find it also un check it

3)Go to run->regedit->Seach for this file name and delete its entry from the registry
