uninstallation file needed or not

Hi Guys,

*I want to uninstall AVAST 7.0.1474 from my OS Windows XP Professional. Is there any need for getting any unistallation file from AVAST to get it uninstalled?
*Do AVAST FREE AND ZONEALARM COPE WITH EACH OTHER OR NOT?

What do you mean by "Uninstallation File"! Just type, "appwiz.cpl" in run box and press enter. And uninstall from there.

1. You don't need any external file. You can uninstall from default uninstaller AFAIK.
2. No they don't cross each other.

You really don't need an anti-spyware. Just once in 3 months use MalwareBytes and clean your system and think atleast thrice before clicking unwanted links.
