unable to "hibernate" my pc

i am using windows XP sp 2 and i am not able to set my computer to hibernate mode...
and whenever i try to doso...it gives me a errror...

"THE PROCESS CANNOT ACCESS THE FILE BECAUSE IT IS BEING USED BY ANOTHER PROCESS"

I am having the same Damn Problem....
Using Kaspersky Antivirus.
Disabling doesn't help....
