Unable to delete mail from sify.com

I have been using sify mail.com for long and there was no problem other than unsolicited mails. But now the problem is that mails cannot be deleted from the inbox. Hope somebody will help.
WinXP fully updated, IE7, Firefox.

try using the other browsers like Opera 9, Mozilla 2 etc

may be it will fix it.
this type of problem was with the yahoo for me when i was using the IE6,when i migrated to Mozilla 2,it was fixed.
in ur case also this may help
