Ans: No. Want Non-Overclockable Pc

4. Which Operating System are you planning to
use?
Ans: Win 8.1

Ans: 1tb

want. If you already have a monitor and want to
reuse it , again mention the size and resolution of
monitor you have .
Ans: Yes a 24 incher

Ans: Yes. I will assemble

Ans: I don't know how to overclock the processor so dont want any "K" Cpu's included.

get the wd black 1tb(if available at less than 5k). instead of dell s2440l, i suggest AOC i2369vm.
definitely go for a big and better cabinet at this budget. get corsair 400r,CM HAF 912/nzxt phantom 530 etc.

How about i7 4790 (non k)? Got 4.0 ghz base frequency.

WD Black not available anywhere below 6k. Any Alternative or else will settle with WD Blue as [MENTION=140941]harshilsharma63[/MENTION] suggested :)

we can't blindly say a core i7 equivalent xeon will not be of any help in gaming compared to i5. some games make use of hyperthreading in core i7s like BF3 or BF4.
