ubuntu requirement

hello frns can u plz tell me d minimum requirements for installing ubuntu 7.04
im havin P4 ,256MB RAM n so on....i recently was trying to install fedora core 6 but it refused to install in GUI mode...any suggestions??

Ubuntu 7.04 will need min of 256 MB of RAM and 4GB of HD space 4 installation
