two hdd

i am planning to buy wd 500 gb for my new rig and i already have a 80 gb sata hdd ......planning to use both my hdd
1.which drive should i install windows 7?
2.which drive should i install games?
3.my old hdd is 60 gb is used...how can i format it?
4.what is derangement........do i need to defrag my 80 gb hdd?

Install everything and save every file on the new drive.
Use old drive only when you run out of space on the new drive.

how to format old...and defragment

First backup all important files. Then attach new HDD. Then install new HDD. You can easily format the old unused partition when reinstalling windows. You don't need to defragment the old drive if it doesn't have windows.

ps- please don't blame me if you make a mistake and lose your files
