Transferring phonebook from Motorola V3t to Nokia 5310 XpressMusic

Hey guys.

I'm having the darndest time trying to get my Contacts from my old phone to my new phone and would appreciate any info. or help you could give me.

Basically, my old phone (a Motorola V3t) is broken. The screen doesn't work any more. So I purchased a new phone (a Nokia 5310 XpressMusic) and I'm trying to figure out how to get my Contacts from one phone to the other. My provider is T-Mobile. I did not save my contacts on my SIM card. They're all saved on the V3t. I've tried Zyb.com, Synch in Motorola Phone Tools, Phonebook Transfer in Motorola Phone Tools, nothing has worked.
Any help would be greatly appricated.

connect the phone V3t to your PC. Use Motorola phone tools to save all your contacts in HTML/XML format. use the same file in Nokia's phone mgmt software and load the contacts to 5310.
