How to Transfer Files Over Wi-Fi Between Laptop/PC and Android Phone or wi-fi enable phone???

There are many apps available in Google Play Store for that. I am using File Manager by ZenUI, Asus. You can share files with it easily.

Best is PushBullet app. Install App in Android and its extension in Chrome and you are good to go. Using it for a long time, no problem at all.

ES File Explorer is too much obtrusive now. A lot of notifications and not too good interface after last upgrade.
