Transcribe mp3 to text

Guys I have some mp3 files that need to be transcribed. Is there anything way I can go abt this without having to do these manually??

@hari.. by any chance are you a medical transcriber?

I had done a experimental project in my previous company to transcribe dictations by doctors it was successful but its a internal project so its not available for sale.

you can check with dragon naturally speaking 9 .. it has awesome transcribing capability thro mp3's

It is a lengthy and logwinding process of training. By the time you get a hang of it, you will be fed up. Moreover it will not work correctly because everything is dependent on pronunciation.
