you can get some tools to do so.......
l0phtrack is a tool for unix but a windows version is also available...
i have tried it.....it is the best tool i've used
you can get it from:-l0phtcrack.com(or something like this plz, check from google)

hope this solves your problem...
thi was the easy, automatic way...
