Approx. all options in my XP tutorial will work in Vista too but the location of settings might differ:

Give following command at Command prompt:

powercfg -h ON

restart the system and it should be enabled. ;)
I tried that and it Still it doesn't Enable Hibernation? For ur info I used that command with Administrator privileges;)

Edit:
Should I use Classic Start Menu and then try Pressing Shift Key which i havent Tried..Currently using Ubuntu..I will Test it this way & Report back:)

Edit Again:
The Option of using Shift key was possible only in XP:(..Any other options Folks?

Update:
Finally..I just did find the way;):)..Here are the Steps:

1.Open Control panel.
2.Go to Sytem and Maintainence.
3.Click power options.
4.Click Change Plan Settings.
5.Click Change Advanced Power Settings
6.Disable "Allow Hybrid Sleep " by changing the Setting to OFF
