Time/Date Setting in MoBo

I have following configuration
Asus K8SMX Mobo
AMD 64 Bit 2800+
Geforce FX 5200 ultra 256

Everytime I boot My Mobo gives the error..
checking NVRAM...
Battery Low

I have replaced battery but still the same problem

If u have any extra USB then on ur motherboard then unplug them frm ur motherboard. If they are plugged in wrong, it will halt on that same spot.
If ur mobo has no jumpers for an external battery then taking the battery out nd jumping across the battery terminals to clear the cmos.
