Thermal compound selection please help

I want to buy a good thermal compound for my c2d e6600 and i7 2600k. I have seen the Cooler master Ice Fusion. How is it?

Or any alternative from arctic silver? Please give review on ice fusion

Get OCZ freeze,Arctic MX-II, or MX-IV.I have used Arctic Silver 5,OCZ freeze and Arctic MX-IV.The best of the three in terms of conductance is MX-IV and Most easily spread is OCZ freeze.AS5 is an old and outdated compound now.Not to mention toxic,unlike MX-IV
