The Orange Box!!

I was thinking of purchasing the orange box, mainly for Portal and TF2, as I don't want to download 20+ GB of data

I wanted to know if people here are actively playing TF2, I just don't want to get into a without a friend or much knowledge (read n00b).

I might play HF 2 series but not sure.

Just buy Portal whenever it's on sale.

As for TF2 if you want to become premium just buy something of 0.50$ from the in-game store.

And yes some tdf'ers play tf2 regularly.

This is the main reason I had to quit playing.
But with the new content distribution system in Steam heard things are getting better.

It hardly takes 5 mins to complete unless it is a major gameplay update like the MvM.

Yeah but that on good connection for others it might take 10-15 minutes.

if you are going to start Half Life, then start from here - Black Mesa: Re-visit the world that started the Half-Life continuum (HL1 in HL2 graphics)
~3GB.
