i've heard Call of cthulhu is also pretty scary? has anyone played it?

I have played House of the Dead, Half-Life 1. Though not pretty scary, still quite good enough to give a few surprises(spooks mostly).

Looking forward to Call of Cthulhu : DCOTE. Read HP Lovecrafts books, hope the game will be as good( and eerie) as his books.

hmm.. its

1) F.E.A.R with my 5.1 setup @ 2.30 in the morning with all lights off.
1)Clive Barker's undying....
2) Doom 3 (initial play with 5.1 setup... later the game turns boring !!! )
4) Only the serious sam Kamikaze Sounds ... first time play made my spine go chilling with those unnatural "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" sounds !!!
