I use FileZilla. Nice free FTP client.

Only issue I have with Filezilla is the fact that you have to browse to the folder and actually drag the files to paste. It doesnt follow the usual copy-paste formula.

Use Cute Ftp Or Smart Ftp These Are Good 1 And I Personally Use Them.....

for windows- FileZilla
for linux wget does manage all my downloads including ftp also consumes a pity ammount of ram

I use WS_FTP LE. SmartFTP created severe problems for me earlier. It didn't upload some files from a folder and I went mad detecting which files it missed.
