i doubt they have the infrastructure to provide something like this. correct me if i m wrong .... and 30 gb download cap is put up so that they can claim to be first to provide such a plan and since they dont have the infra, no one wud come fwd to use it.

THE BIGGEST PROBLEM of it companies of india is that THEY CONSIDER US FOOL , they explain their part and pose restrictions and think users will be giveing their hard earned money . go tell them we are not to support it .
