The only real Android tablet worth buying is the 7-incher Nexus 7... Everything else is crap. Trust me, get the iPad, you will be really satisfied. I have one, and it is excellent...

Well come to think of it,...no... this do not have a GPS feature. And if you didn't like it and only want to buy the ones you shortlisted then i would suggest the Iball Slide.

The budget is a bit low for the features you want. Save up some more money and go for Galaxy Tab 2

don't know what happened to me yesterday ... I ordered the iBall one from snapdeal in a great haste ... for 14.5k ...
tablet specs look good, hope I dont regret

Even the Galaxy Tab 2 stands no chance against the iPad...

I liked the specs of iZortan tablet (mentioned above) a lot more... It has an excellent screen. But I would be worried about warranty for such a tablet...

OP has to make calls and I don't think any of the iPads whether new or old has this feature out of the box.

And everyone might not be very open in buying a second hand product just because a new piece is above budget.
