I need to buy a tablet with the SIM CARD support.
My budget is from 6K-12K.

I need to have following in the tab,

1: Bluetooth + GSM + WiFi
2: Processor >= 1GHz
3: OS = Android
4:Camera 3.0 MAX

plz suggest the brand with model no.

Mostly are these fall in a price range between 10 to 12K. Check for the specs if they actually meet your need. But, be aware that most 10 to 12K budget tablets have poor or average 2G / 3G signal reception & battery life.

Iberry is coming with 2 more new tablets in coming month, mostly likely dual core & 7 inch with 1024x768 p resolution.
