tablet around 12-13k

can somebody suggest me a tab around 12-13k with a sim slot and good surfing and music experience?

I don't think there is any tab with sim slot at 12k. Only those with 3g support via dongle. For 19k Samsung. has 16 gb pad with ics, WiFi and 3g.

Reliance 3G tab has a Sim card slot and its priced around 12k
Please confirm that whether its locked with reliance sim or not

Though i believe the Samsung Galaxy Tab2 is the best option if u can increase ur budget
