Performance & usb pendrive connectivity is my primary need but if get call, internet (For email & youtube videos) & other facilities its even better

1. Watch movies & tuts from pendrive (hv 128 Gb flash drive)
2. Play lots of games available for android platform

I get to charge my device in company but will be happy if get good battery life & if possible removable battery
Is it possible to install games in pendrive so i can play games when i connect pendrive to tablet & save space in tablet

Dell Venue 8 is good
Nexus 7 2012 has no rear camera
Tab 3 is under powered, avoid it
Ideapad has low pixel density
