System32 missing??

Well,how's this possible,i cant seem to find my system32 folder?
I checked in windows folder 100 times and cant find it...???

just type C:\windows\system32 in the address bar of the explorer or in the run command box. You should have accidentally given a hidden attribute to the file, may be.
If you don't have the system32 folder then can't even boot your box.

Can u tell me how to make it visible?i tried my hand at folder option but to no avail

Go to Tools--->Folder Option and untick the option to hide "Protected system files".You will then be able to see system32 folder.

Thanks for reply,but i had to enable show hidde4n file and folder settings and un-check the option you mentioned above.
