Constructed New Rig..!!
Hi,
Recently I assembled a system

AMD Phenom II X4 955BE
Gigabyte 880GM-USB3
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo using Arctic Silver 5
Corsair XMS3 2x2GB 1600MHz
WD 1TB Green and 500GB
XFX 8800GT 512MB
Seasonic S12II 620W
Kingston SSDNow V100 64GB
NZXT Gamma

Installation of windows 7 was breeze, completed in just 11 mins . Later I installed drivers/utilities from supplied Gigabyte Disc.
After which system gets freeze-d in ~6 mins. Hard reset remains the only option. 6 mins is time frame from moment i press power button on my case till system hangs/freezes. Last time toh i kept my system idle still it got hanged.
I have taken photos of HWMonitor at time of freezing.

What might be causing this ?

never used hwmonitor before but the value of 3.97v(+12V min under voltages)looks unusual to me.the voltage on +12V rail should never be below 12v as i understand it & certainly not this low.similar low voltage is reported in your 2nd pic too(5.50v).

Nah i have not tried updating drivers. I have installed one which were in Disc.

Also i don't think i will be able to because in process of updating my system will cross threshold of 6 mins.

Will try linux thing, SMPS and memtest.

My SMPS is brand new. Hope no RMA scene for it.

Also I have installed OS on SSD with AHCI mode enabled. What is TRIM ?

a TRIM command allows an operating system to inform a SSD which blocks of data are no longer considered in use and can be wiped internally.

from wikipedia. TRIM is not supported by Windows XP.

Update: My younger bro re-installed Win 7 without listening to me

But good new is that its raw Win 7, without any drivers or anything and for 20-25 mins it did not hang or freeze.

I will test by myself wih HWMonitor when I return to home in evening.

ATX specifiaction allows -10% to +10% on the 12V rail.

Seeing that HWmonitor screenshot it is a clear case of PSU is not working properly

That 12V values are applicable for only +12V or -12V also ?
Because now I am getting constantly 12.35V on +12V though -10.69V or -7.36on -12V.
