Syst. Mechanic 6.0 pro Problem.................

guys recently i installed the system mechanic 6 pro

but after installing i get to see two files called "7116F400-F0F5F0F5" & "7116F400-F0F5F0F5_Backup"

i jst cant get rid of this file
1 ) cant remove it
2) cant hide it
3) cant delete it

plz suggest a way to atleast move it to another location

pls let us know where r these files located and their properties and how they r troubling u.

these two files are of 4 kb each
but even when u try to make it hidden u cant

moreover it is placed in my c,d & e drive

the path is c:\ 7116F400-F0F5F0F5_Backup

its jst that i dont want them to be here as they are ruining the total look of the screen

coz i hav changed the icons to a more funky ones and these two files are ruining all the look.......

plz help

strange. iv been using sysmech6 4 quite some time now. just checked my pc, all drives, hidden and sys files, for such kind of files, but they dont exist on my pc.

sorry i cant help u here. but i think u will have to keep them as they must be reuired by the application. try using 'ccleaner', if they are junk, they will get removed; else u might have to learn to live with 'em !

I personally didnt like Sytem mechanic 6 pro as it is resource hungry and make a mess of the system.
I prefer tuneup utilities.

ya i faced BSOD after installing sys mech pro then removed that again installed again faced BSOD so i will vote against sys mech pro

Download the newer version (6.0s) of system mechanic. They have fixed this problem in newer version
