sys displays No Audio device installed

Hi,

I have WinXP, proff

I have format my sys and Re install WinXP, Now the sys makes no sound, I have check in Sound and Audio device in control panel. It is showing No audio device is installed, so how can I solve this problem. And Monitors screen also moving like a water flow.


How can I solve this problem, Please help me
