symbian software needed for 3230

is there any software to play real media video files.... the real player included with the phone is not as we cant fast forward the video and thr r very little options


and is there any software to backup my contacts and inbox messages to my memory card

hey u can also try sprite backup for ur 2nd problem... it ll backup contacts/msgs/mail/ etc etc.... also msgsaver....
