Suggestions for controlling niko belic (want to buy a gpu)

Guy now i have a budget of 5k and im gonna buy msi 6670 1gb gddr5
My requirements are just gta 4 at playable graphics
My pc.config
I 3 540
Gigabyte h55m d2h
2gb corsair value ram
500gb sata segate
80gb ide segate
Gsm inspire 500 watt
Samsung b2230 22"

My psu is gsm inspire (i know its an elcheapo one )...
But cannot upgrade the psu now ...and this psu is a better elcheapo will post the specs later tonight
Now pls suggest is my decession right or shall i need to make changes

getting a descent PSU will cost another 2-2.5k and if you deduct half of your budget, you'll get nothing. so go ahead but remember to save and change PSU as soon as you can. don't think that PSU is working fine under load, it'll work fine forever.

Yeah sure will save and change it to corsair cx 430v2
