@Nancy that recommendation was as per your budget...if you are new into gaming than you may want settle with a cheaper yet good mice..
But if you are really gonna dig deep into this genre than the Imperator is, as I said, an awesome choice..
you can program all of the 7 buttons present on the mouse to your liking, keyboard keys or something else, including the left click and the right click buttons...
It helps if you are playing a game like assassins creed or something on PC..these games need too many buttons to work with...and do get a good mouse pad for it..preferably steel series or CM...roughly around $10-20...

You can also have a look at RAZER NAGA & RAZER LACHESIS. They cost same as the imperator. Naga is focussed in mmo's and has 17 programmable button while Lachesis is aimed at all genres including fps and rpg's & has a 60kb onboard synaptic memory.

All three cost the same at $79 in Razer official website. You decide according to your requirements.
