suggestions for a 5k phone

my friend is gettin a new phone for 5k(max budget)

could plz give some suggestions?
he would prefer if the phone is around 4k-4.5k

his basic usage is listening to music,radio, clicking pics... etc.
he never uses GPRS.. on his phone so EDGE etc. is not important

two phones..
nokia 5130xm for good quality and loud sound.
lg gm200 for loud crisp dolby surround sound.

music.
5130 scores over the lg in headset audio quality but lags behind in speaker audio quality. 5130' audio breaks at higher volumes.

pics
none is good though lg one is slightly better.

radio
no idea abt nokia's radio. lg's radio is passable without headset as antenna. and very good with antenna.

i own the lg and my 3 friends have 5130. lg's screen is of lower resolution. it has bad ui. but very long battery life.
both have 3.5 mm jack. the choice is urs.

hey dude go blindly for samsung 3310 you'll never regret after purchasing..
the more you use the more u'll like it.. believe me .. am using it for 3 months ..

+ points -> clear music, excellent camera, memory expandable to 8GB, can be used as 3.5mm jack( directly connect to your speakers) and a lot more

- points-> transfer through bluetooth takes place into phone memory which is 30MB and this can not be changed, you can not install softwares and themes into this.

Just have a look of this phone in the shop and compare them to any other phone of same range and it passes every test successfully.
