OCZ Vertex 2 60GB for $120.

Crucial RealSSD C300 for $130.

$120 is too less if you ask me.

Buddy, there's a difference between MLC & SLC. [Meanwhile i will update you, if i come across.]

Just verify it before purchasing.

Go for Strontium SSD's.You can directly order online from their site:Solid State Drives (SSD) | Strontium
or inquire from the national and regional distributors in India:Strontium Technologies - where-to-buy | distributors | Strontium

oh wow...Xenforo!!!
Not sure of that strontium drives. Personally I would like to get a media sample and see if its as good as some people claim. Its usually the international guys who do a lot of stress testing- test before/after filling the drive, keeping it as primary/secondary- idle load. Constant read and write for many hours checking the usable space before and after format/secure format- list goes on.

Certain OCZ drives come with the 25nm issue mind you: OCZ Transitions to 25nm NAND Flash, but Some Problems Remain | News & Opinion | PCMag.com

I am not sure if Intel 25nm FLASH Nands have a same problem.

Another vote for Intel X-25M 80GB. Intel also increased the warranty period to 5 years IINM.

@Sorcy, thanks for the link...

On seeing the feedback part on newegg for the OCZ drives, looks like the prob still persists...

Intel X-25M 80GB, is not in stock... I think i should wait till the prices drop...
