suggestion for a phone for calling

1. Budget - INR5000
2. Display type and size - > = for normal usage, one that works under sunlight preferred
3. Dual sim - will not hurt
4. Preferred choice of brand - Brand with good ASS
5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera) - Not Required
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc) - Any
7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready) - Whatever
8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc) - lot of Voice Call
9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration - None
10. Any other info that you want to share -

• good call clarity needed
• this will be used for lot of voice calls so good battery backup is needed. if it supports charging from a power bank, then that will be good. (in that case, please suggest a good powerbank too.)
• Call recording option needed.

I got a Nokia 220 a week back, same as Nokia 215 except it has a 2 MP camera ( wondering why I spent an additional Rs 400 for )

Anyway its a great phone with GPRS and Internet Browser and Facebook. Which is secondary, main thing is the battery is quite good, still 70% charge remains after 3 days of moderate calls and music.
