I'd have suggested Google LG Nexus 4 16GB as that's the absolute best phone available at 25K
but OP needs replaceable battery

Ya, try to get Galaxy S3. There should not be a problem finding batteries(even higher rated batteries)

If u want to get gs3 then make sure that u get 32 gb or 16 gb with 0*7f firmware revision. other 16 gig models having sudden death issues.
