Suggest software - Bulk File Rename & ID3 Tag

Friends,

Need to rename around 400 Songs in 1 folder, Please suggest FREE software (Preferably Portable) which can be used to do following tasks.

Bulk File Rename of files in this format - Movie name - Song Title Or vice versa.
ID3 Tag - Set ID3 Tags of mp3 files same as File name. (Movie name - Song Title)

Give me your suggestions.

Thanks, This looks like all files in folder will be named to same name
(i.e. Photo 1, Photo 2)

What to do if we want like this where song title changes in every file.

Song Title - Film Name ?

^^ For every function I want this software has it. Be it streaming, Radio, Podcast, very good music player, Editing ID3 Tags, Renaming in bulk, synchronization with almost all external devices. You name it this software has it. I have used about 20 media players and at last my search for my media player and organizer ends with this. FYI I have about 50gb of music in my PC and this organizes them perfectly.
